Services Provided
Evermore provides legacy video production services, including interviews, editing, and final film delivery.

Client Responsibilities

​

• Provide accurate information

• Submit materials (photos/videos) in a timely manner

• Ensure proper recording quality for DIY services

Payments​

• Full payment must be completed before the project may begin

​

Scheduling
Clients agree to attend scheduled sessions on time. Rescheduling may be subject to availability.

Creative Process
Evermore maintains creative direction over editing and storytelling while considering client input.

Revisions

Every project includes up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests should be submitted together whenever possible. Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds may be accepted at Evermore's discretion and may incur additional editing fees. Evermore reserves the right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a new revision or falls outside the original scope of the project.

Limitation of Liability
Evermore is not responsible for:

• Loss of materials provided by the client

• Technical issues outside our control

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences

Changes to Terms
Evermore may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to those changes.
