Refund Policy

At Evermore, each project is custom and created specifically for you. Because of the time, planning, and creative work involved, our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations
If you cancel before filming or your scheduled interview, any payments made may be eligible for refund at our discretion.
After Filming / Interview
Once the interview has been recorded, refunds are no longer available due to the completion of a major portion of the service.
Editing Phase
Because editing is a time-intensive, custom process, no refunds will be issued once editing has begun.
Client Responsibility (DIY Package)
For self-recorded interviews, Evermore is not responsible for issues related to video or audio quality provided by the client.
